Product Description

(1) Issue object

Q1 visa: Family members of Chinese citizens who have applied to stay in China for family reunion (spouse, parents, children, spouses of their children, siblings, grandparents, grandparents, grandchildren, grandparents and spouses) and have permanent Chinese Family members of foreigners who are eligible for residence (spouse, parents, children, spouses of spouses, grandparents, grandparents, grandchildren, grandparents, and spouses), as well as those who apply for immigration due to foster care

Q2 visa: The relatives of Chinese citizens living in China and relatives of foreigners with permanent residence status in China who are visiting relatives for a short period of time (not more than 180 days).


(2) Required materials

1. Passport: One copy of the original passport with a blank visa page and one copy of the passport photo data page.

2. Visa Application form and photo: one "Visa Application Form of the People's Republic of China" and a frontal crownless light background color passport photo.

3. Proof of legal stay or residence (applicable to applicants who are not applying for visas in the country of nationality): If you are not applying for a visa in the country of nationality, you must provide the original proof and valid copy of the valid visa or valid visa for legal stay, residence, work, study in the host country.

4. Original Chinese passport or original Chinese visa (applicable to those who have Chinese nationality and join foreign nationality later): If you are applying for a Chinese visa for the first time, you must provide a copy of the original Chinese passport and photo of the passport photo; if you have obtained a Chinese visa, and want to apply for a new foreign passport, you must provide a photo of the original foreign passport and a copy of the Chinese visa you have obtained (if the name recorded in the new passport is inconsistent with the original passport, you must also provide the relevant officially issued proof of changes for your name).

5. Q1 visa:

In the case of family reunion, you must provide:

(1) An invitation letter issued by a Chinese citizen residing in China or a foreigner with permanent residence status in China, the invitation letter shall include the following contents:

1 Invited personal information: name, gender, date of birth, etc.;

2 Invited people to access information: reasons for coming to China, proposed date of arrival, proposed place of residence, proposed residence period, relationship with the inviter, source of expenses, etc.;

3 Inviter information: name of the inviter, contact number, address, signature of the inviter, etc.

(2) A copy of the Chinese ID card of the inviter or a copy of the foreigner's passport and permanent residence permit;

(3) Family member relationship between the applicant and the inviter (spouse, parents, children, spouses of siblings, grandparents, grandparents, grandchildren, grandparents and spouses) (marriage certificate, birth certificate) Original and photocopy of the certificate of kinship issued by the police station or the notarial certificate of relatives.

In the case of foster care, you must provide:

(1) The foster care entrustment issued by the Chinese embassy or consulate abroad or the foster care certificate certified by the host country or China;

(2) The original copy of the principal's passport, a photocopy and proof of the relationship with the relative of the fostered child (marriage certificate, birth certificate, certificate of kinship issued by the police station or notarized certificate of relatives);

(3) The consent of the trustee receiving the foster care to accept the letter of foster care and a copy of the ID card;

(4) If both parents of the foster child or one of the parents is a Chinese citizen, a copy of the proof of residence of the Chinese parent at the time of birth of the child shall also be provided.

[Note] After entering the country, the holder must apply to the exit and entry management agency of the local public security organ of the people's government at or above the county level to apply for the residence within 30 days.

Q2 visa:

(1) Invitation letters issued by Chinese citizens residing in China or foreign nationals with permanent residence status in China. The invitation must contain the following:

1 Invited personal information: name, gender, date of birth, etc.;

2 Invitees access information: reasons for coming to China, date of arrival, location of visit, relationship with inviter, source of expenses, etc.

3 Inviting person information: name, contact number, address, signature of the inviter, etc.

(2) A copy of the Chinese ID card of the inviter or a copy of the foreigner's passport and permanent residence permit.
